| It describes the reasons why the electric energy telemetering system (TMS) separates out from energy management system (EMS), the requests of TMS for electric energy meter between RTU mode and direct mode are different,and the methods by which meters connect to RTU are different. It specifically explains the construction of a typical RTU, its principle and functions. The development tendency of electric energy telemetering system is presented. |
