电除尘器监控设备新设计思路与实践

目前电除尘监控设备采取的设计思路,是将高压部分与低夺的监控设备分开成两个系统,并采用集中式监控方式,针对这一现状,提出了一种新的设计,将高压和低压的监控设备合并为一个系统,并采用分布式监控方式。该设计思路成DKZ=1型电除尘器电主控制装置进行具体的实践及获得成功,使产品的技术性能和经济指标有较大提高。

Abstract:
To the current situation that the electric dust clearer is divided into high voltage and low voltage systems and using central supervisory control, the authors lay out a new design concept in which the two systems are integrated into one, and a distributed supervisory control is applied. DKZ 1 electric dust clearer power source and automatic control device adopts the new concept and operates successfully. The technical performance and economic index are improved greatly.
