电气设备运行状态监测及智能诊断系统

摘要:
在充分分析电气故障产生特点的基础上,采用嵌入式PC/104工业PC系列模块,运用红外技术,非接触在线检测电气设备运行温度,并对温度数据进行故障分析,提出了一种框 和产生式规则相结合的智能专家系统模型。实际应用表明,该系统为高速、高温、高电压条件下设备温度的在线监测提供了一种新的途径。

Abstract:
An intelligent diagnosis expert system model is introduced,which bases on the combination of frames and production rules.According to the distinguishing feature of electrical device faults,the system uses the built in PC/104 industrial PC serial module and infrared technology to measure the on line running temperature of the electrical devices without contact,and then to detect and locate the faults with the temperature data.Practical application proves that this system supplies a new method to on line measure and monitor the temperature of the devices with high speed,high temperature or high voltage.
