PLC在发电厂自动供水系统中的应用

摘要:
介绍了可编程控制器(PLC)在发电厂自动供水系统中的应用情况。利用LSS软件编写PLC控制程序,该控制器采集外界各设备的状态信号,对8组水泵进行优化控制,与上位机进行通信,合理控制各台水泵电机的启停,同时实现故障报警。通过PLC的应用,既节约了电能,又节约了水资源,为发电厂创造了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:
The application of programmable logic controller (PLC)in water supply system of thermal power plant is introduced. The LSS software is used to compile the PLC control program. The controller acquires the state signals of various devices, optimizes the control of eight pump groups, communicates with the supervisory computer, sequentially controls the on or off of pump motors and realizes fault alarm. The use of PLC can save not only the electric energy but also the water resource.
