电网故障诊断专家系统的一种实现

摘要:
在电力系统发生故障时,能量管理系统(EMS)远程监控和数据采集(SCADA)系统产生大量未经处理的报警信息,对调度员工作压力过大,易发生误判。为解决这个问题,介绍了基于开关跳闸信息的故障判断专家系统的实现方法,开发了相应的故障专家系统。该方法简单易行、搜索速度快,最后提出了进一步利用保护动作信息进行分层诊断的思想。

Abstract:
During a power system fault, a great deal of unprocessed alarm messages is generated by EMS or SCADA system. It is too difficult for the operator to cope with and it may cause misjudgment. An implementation method of fault diagnosis expert system by alarm messages relative to state change of circuit breakers is presented. The expert system has been developed. A concept of hierarchic fault diagnosis by protection messages is put forward.
