三峡电站发电机新型标识制动不完全纵差保护的最新进展

摘要:
二滩电站采用的ABB公司制造的新型标识制动不完全纵差保护有技术性能上的若干优点,但是也存在不容忽视的原理性缺陷。通过对三峡电站1号发电机各种内部短路的详尽计算分析,发现有少量同相不同支路间发生匝间短路时,新型标识制动不完全纵差保护将拒动。介绍这种拒动情况,阐述其机量,并提出改进意见。

Abstract:
The new scalar product restrained incomplete differential protection of ABB has been adopted in Ertan power plant.It has several merits of technical performance,but also has a drawback in principle,which shouldn't be ignored.Detailed calculation and analysis have been made for NO.1 generator of Three Gorge Power Plant with regard to all inner S/Cs.When inter branch S/C occurs within same phase,new scalar product restrained incomplete differential protection will be non operative on a few occasions.This article has clarified the mechanism of the drawback mentioned above,and proposed some suggestions for improvement.
