列西变110 kV系统备用电源自投方案研究

摘要:
在传统备用电源自投(BZT)装置设计思想的基础上,提出利用微机型线路保护装置的检同期重合闸功能,实现几个独立系统同期并列,提高BZT装置的适用范围。对于BZT装置要求的重合闸运行方式与线路正常情况下重合闸运行要求可能出现的矛盾。利用微机型线路保护装置在软件设计上的灵活性予以解决,重合闸装置设计两套定值,BZT装置启动后,线路保护重合闸自动选用符合BZT装置要求的定值。同时,提出了以电是线开关变位结

Abstract:
Based on traditional design concept of backup power switchover unit (BZT),an idea is forward to realize the synchronization of several independent system and enhance the flexibility of BZT by using the synchronous recloser function of microprocessor based power transmission line protection.In case the recloser manners required by BZT and normal operation are different,the flexibility of microprocessor based protection software can solve this problem.There are two setting sets and protection will automatically select the proper settings for BZT after BZT is initiated.The state of in coming power switch combined with no current through it is suggested as the criterion of main power fault for BZT.
