摘要:
简要介绍了小波变换和多分辨率分析,及其非线性信号消噪原理,并将该项技术应用于异步电动机故障信号的消噪处理,提出了1种在以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心所构成的异步电动机故障检测系统中对信号进行消噪的新设计方案.采用这种消噪方法,不但可以保留信号的突变特性,还可以大大降低对信号调理电路的设计要求,简化电路结构,严格保证原始信号之间的相位关系,适用于对实时性要求不高的信号检测系统.

Abstract:
The wavelet transform and its multi resolution analysis and the principle of nonlinear signal denoising are briefly introduced.By applying this technique to the denoising of asynchronous motor fault signal,a new design of asynchronous motor fault detecting system is presented, which uses Digital Signal Processor(DSP) as its core. The denoising technique can not only preserve the signal character of sudden change, but also greatly loose the design requirement of signal processing circuit and simplify the circuit structure.The phase relation between original signals is strictly ensured. This design is particularly applicable to signal detecting system with lower real time performance.
