发电机转子接地故障监测系统研制和开发

近年来,由于制造质量及管理不完善等原因,不同性质的发电机事故时有发生,给电厂和电网造成了较大的经济损失。为提高现有发电机监测系统对转子接地故障的识别能力,同时给出故障危险程度的信息,提出一种新的发电机转子接地故障检测原理,并开发出相应的“发电机转子接地故障监测装置”。该装置能够在线监测发电机转子绕组的绝缘情况,判断发电机转子绕组是否发生一点接地故障和两点接地故障,确定故障位置,并能够直观地显示故障的危险程度,同时给出发电机跳闸的判据,现场测试结果验证了该系统的可行性。

Abstract:
The occasional occurrence of generator fault causes great economic loss to power plant and power network. In order to improve the identification ability of current generator supervision system on the grounding fault of generator rotor and also to show its criticality, a new detection theory for it is presented and a corresponding on line supervision system is developed. It can be used to on line monitor the insulation condition of rotor's windings, identify rotor's one point or two point grounding fault, determine fault location and show the danger degree. It gives tripping criterion for generator to avoid unnecessary outage as well. The site test results prove its validity.
