电力系统实时相角监测系统动模试验研究

摘要:
介绍了一种新型电力系统实时相角监测系统及其动态模拟实验结果。实时相角监测系统由参考相角测量装置、相角测量装置、调度端计算机和通信系统构成 ,实现了全网集中相角监视。构造了 3机动态模拟实验系统 ,对实时相角监测系统进行了全面的测试 ,包括正常工况、短路和低频震荡 ,验证了实时相角监测系统在动态情况下所有相角测量装置录波的启动、录波数据的传递等 ,实验结果令人满意

Abstract:
A real time phasor monitoring system for power system and its dynamic simulation results are presented.The phasor monitoring system is composed of reference phasor measurement unit,phasor measurement units,monitoring computer and communication system.It realizes centralized whole network phasor monitoring.A three generator power system is constructed in a dynamic simulation laboratory,and the real time phasor monitoring system is completely tested,including normal state,short circuit and low frequency oscillation.The start up and recorded data transmission of phasor measurement unit under dynamic conditions are verified,and the results are satisfying.
