摘要: |
根据地区调度中心的需求,研究并开发了一个地区电网负荷预测系统。该系统包括9种负荷预测方法,运行人员可根据实际情况灵活选择预测方法。对各种方法的预测结果进行了对比,并在此基础上分析了影响负荷预测精度的主要原因。软件考虑了各种影响因素,设计了方便的人机界面,实用性强,并已在黑龙江、辽宁的一些地区使用,为运行人员的负荷预测工作提供了可靠的依据。 |

Abstract: |
A load forecasting system of district power network is researched and developed to meet the requirement of district dispatch center. The system consists of nine forecasting methods, from which the operator can select flexibly. The forecasting results are compared and the main factors affecting forecasting precision are analyzed based on that. With these factors considered, the easy man machine interface is designed. It is practicable and has been applied in some areas of Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces. It offers operators the dependable basis for load forecasting. |
