| 因电压互感器二次回路异常造成的继电保护装置误动时有发生，部分继电保护专业人员对此还缺乏足够的认识。从3个方面分析了变电站电压互感器因二次接线错误造成二次回路电压异常的原因及其对继电保护的影响，结合继电保护技术规程和反事故措施有关要求对防止电压互感器二次回路异常的措施进行了阐述，以进一步提高继电保护专业人员对电压互感器二次回路异常危害的认识。实践证明，采取的这些措施，对保证继电保护装置的正确动作起到了十分重要的作用。 |

| The protection malfunctions induced by TV secondary wire abnormity occasionally occur, to which some protection personnel do not have enough understanding.The TV secondary wire abnormity caused by wrong connection of TV secondary wires in substation and its impact on protection are analyzed from three sides. Combining with the requirements of relaying protection technical regulation and anti accident measures, the countermeasures to TV secondary wire abnormity are elaborated and emphasized to deepen the understanding of its harm for protection personnel. The practice proves that these countermeasures ensure the proper functioning of protection device. |
