| 摘要: |
| 电网规划是一个大型复杂的组合优化问题，它具有非线性和整数性两大特点。将一种新颖高效的搜索和优化技术－Tabu搜索技术应用到城网规划中，建立了基本Tabu搜索的具有一定实用价值的城网规划数学模型。该模型考虑了目前城网规划中普遍采用“T”接线方式，以贴现的年费用最小作为规划目标，同时兼顾已有线路的年运行费用，新建线路的投入资金及其年运行费用，以及新增间隔的投入费用，并编制了一套应用软件，通过实例计算，证明了该项技术在城网规划中的应用是可行和的有效的。 |

| Abstract: |
| Power network planning is a large and complicated combination of optimizations,which has two characteristics of non linearity and integer.A new searching and optimizing technique-Tabu Search(TS)is introduced into urban power network planning.Based on this technique and with the consideration of the'T' connection mode,which is commonly used in urban power network planning,a math model with practical value in urban power network planning is established.It takes the minimum of yearly discount cost as the planning goal,at the same time considering the yearly operating cost of the existing lines,the investment and yearly operating cost for new lines,and the investment of new cells as well.A set of application software has been programmed.The calculation example verifies the feasibility and efficiency of TS in urban power network planning. |
