基于图形界面的110 kV电网继电保护开关状态仿真系统

摘要:
应用面向对象的编程技术,研制成功电网拓扑图形与后台数据库相结合的继电保护开关状态仿真系统。系统由图形界面,参数和定值管理,短路电流计算,开关状态仿真等几部分组成,全部功能都可以通过对图形界面的操作完成,系统可以直接模拟设置故障点,故障类型并根据相应的保护配置,数据库中的定值及短路电流值的调用,启动元件 作情况来判断相应继电保护是否动作及开关的状态,据此提出了用开关集合的概念来校核二次设备配置及定值的正确性,并采用了智能搜索方法,完成后备保护的仿真,系统安全可靠,使用方便灵活,具有很大的实用价值。

Abstract:
With OOP technology, a breaker status simulation system ofprotection is successfully developed, which combines the network topology graphics and backup database.The system includes the modules of graphic interface, parameter and setting management, short current calculation, and breaker status simulation. All functions can be realized by the operations on graphic interface,and the fault location and fault type can be directly simulated in the system. The action of relative protection relay and the breaker status can be determined by the relay disposal, setting and short current values in database,and the action status of start units.Based on it, the concept of breaker integration is introduced to check the correctness of secondary device disposal and setting values. The method of intelligent search is used to simulate the backup protection. The system is safe, reliable, flexible and practicable.
