摘要:
介绍了网络电力自动化系统模型,基于光纤以太网的SCADA系统,IEC TC57远动通信规约,TASE.2的控制中心、体系结构,以及电力对象及元数据交换模型,同时说明了建设基于IEC TC57TCA体系结构的光纤以太网SCADA的必要性和紧迫性,简要地解释了各种相关术语。

Abstract:
The present situation of power network is introduced in brief.The net electric power synthesized automation system model,the fiber ethernet SCADA system,the IEC TC 57 telecontrol communication architecture,the control center and architecture of TASE.2 and the common electric objects and meta data exchange model are presented.The necessity and urgency of establishing a fiber ethernet SCADA is described.The related terms are explained briefly.
