电压稳定的实时监控

摘要:
电压稳定性的离线分析不仅计算量大,而且难以适应实际系统运行方式的改变,因而电压稳定性的实时监视和控制逐渐变得重要。在总结前人研究工作的基础上,阐述电压稳定实时监控功能构成的一般框架。该框架采用静态和动态分析方法相结合的途径,对系统当前状态和预想故障进行分析,并辅助以规则库,从而对系统的电压稳定性作出恰当评估,另外,对该软件包与能量管理系统(EMS)的接口和交互亦作了一些讨论。

Abstract:
The off line voltage stability analysis not only has a great lot of calculation,but also is difficult to adapt itself to the changes of system operation mode.The real time monitoring and control of voltage stability becomes more important.Its general function structure is introduced on the basis of previous studies of other researchers.With the combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis,the system current state and the imminent fault are studied.The system voltage stability then can be evaluated with the help of rule base.The interface and interaction of the software packages with EMS are also discussed.
