励磁变压器事故分析与短路电流计算

摘要:
介绍江苏利港电厂3号励磁变压器爆炸事故的经过。通过解体分析,长期的高温运行,变压器绝缘老化是变压器故障的原因;变压器过流速断保护出口配置不合理是故障范围扩大、设备损坏严重的原因。通过计算短路电流,证明了励磁变压器过流速断保护和发变组大差保护(287GMT)动作的正确性。

Abstract:
An exciting transformer fault of Ligang Power Plant is introduced.By decomposition analy-sis,the long-term operation under high temperature,which resulted in insulator aging,was the main cause,while the improper output configuration of its instantaneous over-current relay could not prevent it from serious damage.The action correctness of the instantaneous over-current relay of exciting transformer and the generator-transformer differential protection(287GMT )was verified by the short circuit current calculation.
