真空断路器的合闸弹跳与分闸弹振

通过试验,分析了真空断路器的合闸弹跳与分闸弹振,说明产生的原因及克服的方法,触头材料硬度越大,合闸弹跳越大;而触头压力越大,合闸弹跳赵小,较大的合闸弹跳增加了触头熔焊的可能性,从而导致短路开断失败。总结了调试真空开关实践经验,给出了几种减小合闸弹跳的方法。目前真空开关向“小开距”的方向发展,在条件允许的情况下,适当缩小触头开距,增加超行程,可以提高分闸速度,因此可以提高开断短路电充的能力。分析指出:分闸速度过大,会产生不利于短路开断的负面影响-分闸弹振。

Abstract:
By tests,the switch on and switch off oscillations of vacuum breaker (VCB)are analyzed,and their causes and countermeasures are explained.The bigger the contact's hardness is, the greater the VCB's switch on oscillation is.However ,the greater the contact's pressure is,the smaller the VCB's switch on oscillation is.The greater switch on oscillation may weld the two contacts together,causing switch off failure.By summarizing the practical experience in VCB setting,several countermeasures are given to decrease switch on oscillation.At present,the VCB's opening travel is getting smaller and smaller.If possible,to decrease the opening travel and increase the over opening travel can increase VCB's switch off speed and short circuit break capacity.But the too high switch off speed can lead to a negative effect on short circuit break-switch off oscillation.
