| 为了满足EMS和SCADA系统一体化的要求，开发了基于NT的SCADA／EMS一体化图形支撑平台，实现了在人机界面、数据结构、应用功能等方面的深层次一体化，采用的图形多视图和面向设备建模的方案将SCADA和EMS模型有机地结合在一起。重点介绍了其设计思想和功能结构。该图形支撑平台已在湖州地区供电局SCADA／EMS一体化系统投入运行。 |

| With the increasing demand for the integration of SCADA and EMS,a fully integrative graphic supporting platform based on Windows NT is developed to realize the integration of MMI,data structure and applications in a deep level.The graphic multi views and device oriented modeling plan are adopted to integrate the SCADA and EMS models compactly.The design concept and the function architecture are introduced.The platform is applied in the SCADA/EMS integrative system of Huzhou power bureau. |
