| 配电网重构可以提高配电网运行的安全性、经济性和供电质量，对于当前国内配电自动化系统建设和应用具有重要意义，介绍了配电网重构的作用和国内外的研究现状，总结了各种理论和研究方法。然后，详细分析了配电网重构的目标函数、实施成本和约束条件，指出研究要向更广和更深的方向发展，以利于实际应用，最后，提出配电网重构不仅要继续研究搜索方法，不应重视负荷预测、潮流计算等相关问题的研究，充分利用人工智能等理论加快配电网重构的理论研究和实际应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Distribution network reconfiguration can improve security and quality of network operation as well as minimize the power loss,and it is of great importance for the current construction and application of distribution automation system in China.The function of network reconfiguration and the research progress both domestic and abroad are introduced,and various theories and methods are generalized.The objective function, cost and restrictions of network reconfiguration are analyzed.It is pointed out that the research should be broader and deeper to fit the requirements of application and that the related problems such as load forecasting and flow calculation studied with the search method.It is necessary to make full use of artificial intelligence to speed up the theoretic research and application of distribution network reconfiguration. |
