暂态过程中TV二次回路接线对继电保护影响及对策

摘要:
对电压互感器TV二次回路的接线形式进行深入的分析,指出TV二次回路不恰当的接线形式,将会给暂态过程中的继电保护产生很大的影响,存在事故隐患,提出了消除影响的措施;须在开关场将仪表所接TV的中性点与保护所接TV的中性点分开而单独接地。避免电网故障时,因暂态分量影响,产生干扰压降,使零序方向保护发生误动作。

Abstract:
The connection modes of TV secondary circuit are analyzed in detail. The improper connection will exert great influence on protective relays during transient process and may cause incidents. The countermeasures are proposed. The transient component at power network incident will cause interference voltage drop. In order to avoid the malfunctioning of the zero sequence directional protective relay due to it, the central point of the TV, which is connected to instrument, and the central point of the TV, which is connected to protection, should be grounded separately.
