单片微机直流电源充放电控制装置

摘要:
为了更好地对直流电源进行控制和监测,介绍了一种基于单片微机80C196的微机控制直流电源充放电装置。该装置有浮充、均充、逆变放电及根据电池状态自动选择充电方式的功能。运行实践证明,它具有硬件电路简单、控制精度高、运行灵活、抗干扰能力强和高性能价格比的特点,它利用了单片机强大的判断和逻辑运算能力及软件的灵活性。通过对蓄电池状态的检测表明,微机控制充放电装置可实现对电池的自动充电和智能保护,保持蓄电池和直流系统母线电压一直处于良好的运行状态,从而延长蓄电池的使用寿命,简化运行操作,提高了直流系统运行的可靠性。

Abstract:
A charging and discharging set for DC supply system is introduced,which is based on 80C196KC single chip microprocessor,and its functions,such as floating charging,equalized charging,inverse discharging and intelligent mode selection according to battery's condition are discussed.The field applications show its advantages of simple hardware,high accuracy,flexible operation,good interference immunity and high performance cost ratio. By using the powerful determination and logic calculation ability of 80C196KC single chip microprocessor and the software flexibility to detect battery's operating conditions,the automatic charging and intelligent protection of battery can be realized by the charging set.The battery and DC system bus voltage can keep on operating in excellent condition,and the life cycle of battery can be prolonged,the operation simplified and the operation reliability of DC supply system increased.
