防止电力系统频率崩溃是防止系统大面积停电的一项重要措施,系统频率崩溃往往是由于系统频率降低到超出发电机组承受能力,形成连锁反应所致。根据国内外大量研究成果,讨论了机组在频率异常的运行能力,分析了系统在低频减负荷等紧急控制作用下的频率特性及其与机组特性协调的问题,给出了有关的实用分析计算方法和示例。

Abstract:
Perventing frequency collapse is an important prevention measure of widespread blackout.Frequency collapse is often caused by the cascade reactions due to the system frequency declined beyond the withstanding capability of turbo sets.The operation capability of turbo sets under off nominal frequency is commented based on a host of research results.The system frequency characteristic upon the effects of emergent under frequency load shedding and its coordination with the turbo set capability are analyzed.The applicable analytic and calculating method and example are illustrated.
