微机保护抗电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰研究

摘要:
变电站的电磁环境是十分复杂且极其恶劣的。随着继电保护下到变电站的开关场地中,这些设备对电磁干扰具有更明显的敏感性和脆弱性。介绍了继电保护装置“端口”的概念,并分析了每个端口抗扰度试验项目。快速瞬变脉冲群干扰由于上升时间快、持续时间短、能量低、重复频率高,而对微机继电保护装置的影响很大。从端口入手,分析了微机保护针对电快速瞬变脉冲群的措施。从一个实例分析了微机保护快速瞬变设计的“误区”,并提出了解决问题的方法。

Abstract:
The electromagnetic environment of the substations is serious.Along with the settlement of protective rolay in the switchyard of substation,its sensitivity and weakness to electromagentic interference are more obvious.The port concept of protection equipment is presented and the immunity test items for ports are analyzed.The Electrical Fast Transient/burst (EFT) is a fast uprising,short,low energic and repetitive pulse group,which has more significant influence on numerical protection.Its countermeasures to EFT interference are analyzed for ports.An example of improper EFT immunity design is discussed and the solution is given.
