调度自动化系统设备过电压损坏事故剖析

摘要:
根据电网调度自动化系统设备现场运行经验和对站端远动装置结构的分析,对广东省鹤山电力工业局电网调度自动化系统设备过电压损坏事故进行了深入的剖析。从设备设计、运行环境等方面指出设备防过电压能力不足的重要原因,提出改善设备运行环境、提高装置内部抗过电压能力、减少干扰源的具体改造措施。实际运行证明采取这些措施十分有效。

Abstract:
According to the experience of field device operation for dispatch automatic system and based on the structure analysis of remote control equipment at station end,the device over voltage fault of dispatch automatic system installed at Heshang electric power bureau of Guangdong province is explored.The main reasons that cause the device over voltage are pointed out from different aspects of device design,operating circumstances and so on.The concrete measures are proposed to improve the operating circumstances,intensify the device internal over voltage enduring ability and decrease the external interference source.The actual operational results have verified their effects.
