电站辅机振动测量问题的研究

摘要:
针对电站辅机振动测量中存在的显示数据偏小问题,通过分析轴瓦振动传感器的动态模型和频率特性,提出了适用于振动测量的数值补偿方案和计算模型。经实际测试,已将轴瓦振动传感器的测量频率下限降至5Hz,解决了辅机振动测量问题。

Abstract:
The measured values from the vibration measurement for auxiliaries in power plant are commonly lower than the actual values.The analysis of the dynamic sensor model in measurement system and its frequency characteristics shows that the basic vibration frequency of auxililaries is lower than the low limit frequency of the sensor,which causes lower reading data.Adopting zero-pole assignment and its mathematic model,a digital filter is attached to the output signal of the sensor and its transfer function is designed as the reciprocal expression of the sensor model.The transfer function of the measurement system is thus changed into a new form and the low frequency characteristric is improved.The practical test of its application in bearing vibration measurement of auxililaries indicates that the low limit of measuring frequency of bearing vibration sensor has de-creased from15Hz to5Hz and the deviation between measured and actual values has disappeared.
