| The working tasks of project supervision during the preparation period,implementation period and acceptance test period of a software project are introduced in detail.Based on documen-tation and combined with the work of each stage throughout the software lifecycle,taking the mile-stone management as a tool,pro ject supervision may provide scientific inspection and estimation of software process for enterprises.It en sures successful implementation and effective system operation. |
