改进的分步最优法在配电网开关配置中的应用

摘要:
串接分段开关将馈电线分段,在技术上可以减少故障时间,缩小故障范围,提高配电网自动化程度。提出了一种开关配置模型,能够确定配置开关的总数以及每个开关的最佳安装位置,并采用改进的分步最优法进行求解。使开关配置在综合考虑设备投资、运行维护费用及系统可靠性基础上得到最佳的综合效益。采用改进的分步最优法求解多目标非线性优化问题,既避免了穷举法的“组合爆炸”问题,又能快速地得到最优解,而且能够非常灵活地处理任何复杂的树型馈线结构配电网。算例结果表明该算法的快速和有效性。

Abstract:
Using sectionalizing switches to divide feeder into sections,from the technical point of view,can reduce the outage time and area,and raise the automation level of the system. An opti-mization model is proposed,which can determine the optimal number of sectionalizing switches and their locations in distribution networks. It applies the improved multi-step optimization algorithm in allocation optimization of sectionalizing switch to achieve the optimum beneficial result based on investment,maintenance and reliability costs. For non-linear,non-differentiable objective functions,the use of improved multi-step optimization algorithm not only avoids the "combinatorial optimization problems" but also increases the speed in dealing with the complex tree-type structure of feeders. Test results prove the quickness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
