500 kV-220 kV电磁环网开环研究

摘要:
随着500kV电网的建设,许多地区出现了500kV-220kV高低压电磁环网,有些因成为安全隐患而需要断开。分析了500kV线路开断引起220kV系统过负荷等电磁环网的安全隐患,给出了电磁环网是否开环应考虑的安全稳定性和经济性等因素。提出判断500kV—220kV电磁环网是否应该开环的一般步骤,并以山东北部电网为例说明了这些问题。

Abstract:
With the development of power transmission networks,electromagnetic loop circuits of 500 kV-220 kV appear in many places,some of which should be opened because they threaten the power system security. The insecurity, such as 220 kV-system overload caused by opening 500 kV-system,is analyzed. The security and stability of power system and the economic factors should be considered before breaking the electromagnetic loop circuit. A general procedure whether a loop circuit should be opened is proposed. The north power system of Shandong is analyzed as an example. This project is supported by State Power Corporation of China(SP11-2001- 04 -50 -10).
