基于GIS的配电网络实时监控系统

摘要:
介绍了Socket通信机制及利用Delphi和Mapinfo开发配电网地理信息系统的技术。并结合实例讲述了基于传输控制协议/网间协议TCP/IP(Transmission ControlProtocol/Intemet Protocol)通信的实时监控系统。该方案采用面向对象的开发工具和数据库设计方法.按照数据和应用分离的原则,充分保证了数据的相对独立性和通用性。按该方案设计的系统已得到实现,它将可视化的配电网设备和数据有机结合在一起,使用户能直观方便地使用和处理数据。

Abstract:
The socket communication mechanism and the technologies used in GIS(Geographic Information System)development with Delphi and Mapinfo are introduced. With an example, the real-time supervisory system based on TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol) is ex-plained. It adopts object-oriented development tool and database design method,separating data from application to ensure the independence and generality of data. The system has been putting into operation. It effectively combines the data with the visual equipment of power distribution network,making the data application and processing easier and more direct.
