数字式SPWM型逆变器的谐波分析

基于等面积算法,针对数字式正弦脉宽调制SPWM(Sine Pulse Width Modulation) 型逆变器,考虑到数据的存储和开关器件的最小开关时间间隔等因素,提出了一种近似等面积算法,并以单极性近似等面积法为例,运用傅氏级数理论,通过VB编程,进行计算机仿真计算,分析了逆变器输出电压Uout的谐波成分,所得的仿真结果与单极性等面积法及自然采样法的谐波成分进行了比较,单极性近似等面积算法的谐波幅值及单极性等面积算法与自然采样法的谐波幅值没有明显的变化,但数字式SPWM型逆变器能够减少开关器件的开关次数,减少开关损耗,说明该法对数字式逆变器和滤波器的设计能够提供一定的理论参考,对于数据的存储还待进一步研究。

Abstract:
An approximate area equivalent algorithm based on area equivalent principle is proposed for SPWM(Sine Pulse Width Modulation)inverter,which considers the factors of data storage,smallest switching time and so.Taking the unipolar area equivalent algorithm as an example,the simulative calculation is carried out through VB programming based on Fourier series theory and the harmonic of SPWM inverter output voltage is analyzed.Compared with area equivalent algorithm and natural sampling algorithm for digital SPWM inverter,the experiment results show that the harmonic ampli-tude of output voltage is nearly the same ,but the switching times are reduced.
