基于Shapley值的输电网损分配

输电网损是电力市场运作的成本之一,必须合理地分配给市场中的各个交易或各市场成员,这是传统的电路理论未曾涉及,而现在电力市场必须解决的新问题。目前,已有的方法不是基于直觉工程意义,就是基于假设加电路的基本理论,它们没有任何经济学意义。为此,基于博弈论中的Shapley值,提出了电力市场中输电网损分配的一种新方法,这种方法从市场竞争的角度平等地考虑了各个交易对电网损耗的影响,它不受各交易追加次序和电网功率因数的影响,能将电网损耗公正,公平地分配给电力市场中的各个交易,具有很好的经济学意义,仿真结果验证了该方法是有效的。

Abstract:
Transmission loss is one part of the cost in electricity market operation.It must be allo-cated to each transaction equitably.The allocation problem has never been discussed in traditional circuit theory but has to be settled in electricity market.The existing methods are based on either the intuitive engineering meaning or the circuit theory with assumptions.They do not have the meaning of market and economics.A new method for transmission loss allocation is presented based on Shapley-value of games theory.It takes into account the market competition and the impact of each transaction on network power losses.The power factor and the sequence that each transaction participates in have no influence on the method.It allocates network losses to each transaction equi-tably and has good economic meaning.Simulation results show that the proposed method is ef-fective.This project is supported by Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province(01JJY2051).
