上河变电所500kV隔离开关操作中感应过电压事故分析

针对上河变电所几次500kV隔离开关操作引起的操作电源的端子箱400V熔丝熔断事故,进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,开关操作时由于500kV串内连接线和400V电源线间存在电容耦合,在操作电源供电母线上有较高的感应电压存在,为降低感应电压,提出了铺设屏蔽电缆或暂时在电源母线上并联电容器的解决方案。

Abstract:
Since the terminal box of400V operating power-supply had fused several times due to500kV isolator operation in Shanghe substation,site tests were made.The test results indicate that,because of the capacitive coupling between500kV high voltage line and400V power-supply line,high voltage was induced on the power-supply line during the isolator operation.To reduce the inductive voltage,shield cable is proposed,or connecting parallel capacitor to power-supply line temporarily.
