| 论述了统计综合法负荷建模的方法和步骤，并针对统计综合法负荷建模对变电站分类处理的复杂性与主观性的现状，提出一种基于模糊聚类进行数据分类处理的新方法，该方法具有概念清晰、计算方便的特点。通过对湖南电网的13个变电站数据聚类处理的算例论证了新方法的正确性和有效性，表明模糊聚类在统计综合法负荷建模中具有重要的理论和应用价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| The method and procedures of the component-based load modeling are discussed.According to its complexity and subjectivity in data classifying and processing,a method based on fuzzy clustering is brought forward,which is clear in concept and simple in calculation.The data of thirteen substations are classified by fuzzy clustering as an example,which shows the validity and applicability of the method.This project is supported by the National University Primary Teacher Foundation of China([2002]-165)and Hunan province Department of Education Project([2001]-197). |
