配电系统单相接地点定位仪的研究

摘要:
小电流接地系统单相接地故障点准确定位问题是配电网要解决的重要问题之一。为了在停电情况下进行接地点定位,提出了“直流开路交流寻踪”方法,解决了接地点停电后绝缘恢复和定位问题。相应的定位装置已研制成功,并通过了技术鉴定。详细介绍了该方法的基本原理及定位仪的构成、工作原理和定位方法。

Abstract:
The exact locating of single-phase grouding fault in neutral ungrounded system is one of the important demands.In order to locate the fault point at outage condition,the method of"DC puncturing,AC tracing"is brought forward,which resumes the grounding fault at outage condition and measures the fault point.The locator based on the method has been successfully developed and it has passed the technologic authentication.Its basic principle,constitution and locating method are introduced in detail.
