| 摘要: |
| 结合我国配电网自动化的发展现状，分析了对分布分散的配电变压器等电气设备进行监控的必要性和可行性，提出一种基于全球移动通信系统GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication)的配变监控与报警系统，利用无线通信方式对配变进行监测，较好地解决了分散配变的管理问题。对监控终端硬件组成及原理、GSM通信方式、监控主站数据库的构成及功能等进行了系统介绍。 |

| Combined with the present condition of China's distribution automation.The necessity and feasibility of monitoring the distributed and scattered electric devices are analyzed.A monitoring and control system based on GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication)networks is presented for the distribution transformers.The use of wireless communication simplifies the management of scattered distribution transformers.The hardware and principle of monitoring and control terminal unit,the GSM communication mode,the structure and functions of master station database are described. |
