| 对自动抄表系统的结构、功能进行了改进和扩充，提出一种与因特网互联的自动抄表系统新方案，开发了功能强大的主站软件，具有抄表计费、用电分析、线损和变压器运行分析、配电网监控、用户网络查询、与配电管理系统DMS(Distribution Management System)和管理信息系统MIS(Mana—gement Information System)关联等多种功能，丰富了用电管理手段，提高了运行的经济性。介绍了该系统的构成、主站软件的功能和设计，并对系统的进一步完善和发展进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: |
| The structure and functions of AMR(Automatic Meter Reading)system are improved and extended,and a solution linking with internet is put forward.The master center's software is deve-loped,which has powerful functions such as meter-reading and billing,power utilization analysis,line-loss and transformer-operation analysis,distribution-system monitoring,user query via internet,and interconnection with MIS(Management Information System)and DMS (Distribution Management System).It enriches the methods of power utilization management and improves the economy of ope-ration expense.The system structure,the functions and design of master center's software are intro-duced and its further improvement and development are discussed. |
