基于DCS的脉冲电晕法烟气脱硫测控系统

摘要:
对脉冲电晕法脱除烟气中SO2的基本原理和工艺流程作了说明,并分析得出影响SO2脱除率的主要参数,设计了一套一体化的基于在分布式控制系统DCS(Distributed Control System)上实现智能控制算法的先进测控系统,详细地介绍了本测控系统主要参数的控制设计思路及采用的软硬件结构特点。最后,根据工艺中常遇到的主要干扰,从软硬件两方面设计了抗干扰的具体方案。本系统试运行良好.达到了所要求的各项指标.

Abstract:
The basic principle and the technological process of flue-gas desulfuration applying PPCP(Pulse corona induced Plasma Chemical Process)are introduced.The main parameters,which affect the desulfura tion efficiency,are analyzed.An advanced measuring and control system adopting intel-ligent control algorithms based on DCS(Distributed Control System)is designed.Its design concepts of main parameters and configuration characteristics of software and hardware are introduced in detail.For the main jams occurring in technological process,countermeasures are applied in both software and hardware.The system has operated well since its operation and met all the specifica-tions required by technological process.The study subject of Nation's863program(2001AA642010).
