实施需求侧管理技术对系统可靠性的影响分析

摘要:
需求侧管理DSM(Demand Side Management)技术的实施可以提高能源利用率并可提高系统的可靠性,因此有必要定量分析需求侧管理技术对系统可靠性的影响。基于等效持续负荷曲线ELDC(Equivalent Load Duration Curve)的概念,首先建立了DSM的发电模型;其次给出了实施需求侧管理技术前后的电量不足期望值、电力不足概率和电力不足期望值等几个可靠性指标的计算方法;最后根据算例加以分析。结果表明实施DSM不仅可使各方获得经济效益,还可有效提高系统可靠性,有利于系统安全而经济地向用户供电。

Abstract:
DSM(Demand Side Management )technology is helpful to improve the efficiency of power industry and the system reliability.Hereby,it is necessary to analyze quantitatively the effect of DSM on system reliability.The generation models of DSM are constructed based on ELDC(Equiva-lent Load Duration Curve),the EENS(Electricity Expectation Not Satisfied),LOLP(Loss of Load Probability),and LOLE(Loss of Load Expectation)with and without DSM are then quanti fied.The analysis is carried out in a numerical example.The results show that DSM can not only profit each participant but also improve the system reliability,being benef icial to secure and economical power supply.
