铜接地体技术在GIS变电站工程中的探索与实践

铜接地体与常规热镀锌钢接地体相比,其导电性能好8倍,耐腐蚀性能强3倍,并且施工方便,更适用于六氟化硫气体绝缘全封闭组合电器GIS(SF6 Gas-Insulated Switchgear)变电站接地系统。结合广东省江门市220kV新会变电站和广东省台山发电厂220kV铜鼓升压站等GIS配电装置变电站工程实例,介绍了铜接地体截面面积计算、材料规格选择和连接方法;分析了铜接地体不同连接头的可靠性及其在施工中应注意的事项。

Abstract:
Compared with traditional zinced steel grounding device ,the copper-made grounding device is eight times better in conductivity ,three times stronger in erosion tolerance ,and con-venient in construction ,which makes it fit for GIS ( SF6Gas-Insulated Swichgear ) substation groun-ding system.With the GIS substation projects for220kV substation and220kV power plant voltage-raising station as examples ,techniques for copper-made grounding device are introduced ,including cross sectional area calculation ,material selection and connection methods.The reliability of copper-made grounding device with different connection types is analyzed ,and cautions in construction are advised.
