电厂DCS的扩容与升级改造

摘要:
介绍了火电厂分散控制系统DCS(Distrihuted Control Svstem)的发展现状,从DCS实际运行情况,结合设备采购和技术支持方面的考虑,论述了电厂DCS改造的必要性。介绍了DCS的构成,并提出了改造方案,通过扩容增加自动处理单元、通信处理器以及上位机数量.通过硬件和软件升级提升仪控设备的内在性能。以具体电厂改造为例,阐述了扩容和升级的步骤和效果.证明DCS改造可提高系统的可用率和运行效率.

Abstract:
The status quo of DCS(Distributed Control System)in power plant is introduced.Accor-ding to the practical operating conditions of DCS and combined with the considerations of equip-ment purchase and technical support,the necessity of power plant DCS reconstruction is discussed.The structure of DCS is introduced and a reconstruction scheme is presented,in which the quantity extension of automatic processing unit,communication processor and superordinate computer and the upgrading of hardware and software are applied to improve the inner performance of DCS.With the practical reconstructions as examples,the implementation steps and the effectiveness of extension and upgrading are expounded,which verifies that the DCS reconstruction improves the system availability and operation efficiency.
