电力企业信息化建设思考与实践

电力市场化改革,使企业信息化建设成为企业生产管理的基础和核心。阐述了信息技术的发展已使企业管理的重点从物流、资金流迈向信息流。介绍了一个电厂企业信息系统,以提高电厂管理水平、综合经济效益、优化电厂运行为目标,以大型数据库为中心,实现对电厂信息的全过程的科学管理。该信息系统是由生产管理、实时信息管理及接口、在线计算分析和运行优化、状态检修、辅助经营决策、经营管理、办公自动化7个子系统构成。简介了引进的“电厂生产管理、实时电厂信息系统、电厂运行优化、设备状态检修、电厂实时报价”5项软件。

Abstract:
The deregulation of electricity market makes enterprise IT construction the basis and core of enterprise production and management.It is explained that IT development changes the key point of enterprise management from material and cash flow into information flow.A power plant information system is introduced,which aims at the improvement of enterprise management and total benefit and the optimization of plant operation,takes a large database as the center to realize the scientific management of power plant information through whole process.It consists of seven subsystems:production management,real-time information management,on-line analysis and operation optimization,conditional maintenance,assistant decision-making,business management,and office au-tomation.Five application software packets are briefly introduced:power plant production manage-ment,real-time plant information system,power plant operation optimization,conditional facility main-tenance,real-time bidding.
