摘要:
介绍了2003年投产发电的三峡电站水轮发电机组的配套失步保护。结合三峡电厂电气主接线.论述了其水电机组装设失步保护的必要性。重点阐述了失步保护原理、失步逻辑和参数整定。其中,描述了失步多边形特性,并根据阻抗实部的正负变化判别失步振荡。给出了失步保护启动的两个条件.并详细分析了阻抗整定、系统振荡最大滑差频率以及系统振荡次数,为大型水轮发电机组失步保护的正确、合理整定提供了参考,

Abstract:
The out-of-step protection equipped with hydro-generators of Three Gorges Power Plant is introduced,which came into commission in 2003. According to the main electrical connection of Three Gorges Power Plant, the necessity of out-of-step protection for hydro-generators is discussed. The principle,logic and parameter setting of out-of-step protection are emphasized. The out-of-step polygonal characteristic is described, which combines the variation of real part of impedance to identify the out-of-step oscillation. Two conditions resulting in out-of-step protection of operating are presented, and the impedance setting, maximal slip frequency and times of system oscillation are analyzed in detail,which provides references for correct and reasonable setting of out-of-step protection for large hydro-generators.
