一种基于数学模型的配煤自动控制系统

摘要:
按照基于配煤模型的配比原则,开发出应用于火电厂配煤控制的自动化系统。阐述了系统的构成、配煤数学模型、配比的确定。系统输煤程控的人机界面用InTouch组态软件编制,Matlab完成配比计算,动态数据交换DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange)实现数据交换连接。最后,介绍了运用变频技术实现闭环调节可优化配煤的策略,该技术对提高火电厂的经济效益有实际价值。

Abstract:
An automatic coal blending system for power plant is developed based on the coal blending model according to the ratio rule. The system structure, coal blending model and ratio calculation are introduced. Its HMI is programmed with InTouch configuration software,the ratio is calculated with Matlab and the data exchange is done using DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange). Variable-frequency technology is applied to realize closed-loop regulation for optimal coal blending, which improves economical benefit of power plant.
