交流浮地电网对地绝缘故障相判别方法

摘要:
根据交流浮地电网发生单相、两相绝缘故障时系统中性点偏移的理论,得到了中性点对地电压UNN‘‘的幅值、相位与故障相的关系,从而提出了仅利用UNN‘‘的两个特征量(幅值和相位)判断绝缘故障相的方法,并设计了基于MCS-51单片机的绝缘故障相定位装置。实验结果表明绝缘故障相判断方法正确可行且简单易实现.所设计的绝缘故障相定位装置可与任何绝缘状态在线监测装置组合.提高了交流浮地电网绝缘故障的定位能力。

Abstract:
Based on the theory that neutral point deviates when single phase-to-ground and double phase-to-ground insulation faults occur in floating ground power system,the relations between the faulty phase and the amplitude and phase of neutral point voltage to ground(UNN')are established.A method to locate insulation fault phase using the phase angle and amplitude of UNN'is propo-sed.An insulation fault phase locator based on MCS-51is designed.The experimental results show that the method of locating insulation fault phase is correct and feasible.The designed equipment can be integrated into any insulation online monitoring system to enhance the ability of insulation fault locating in AC floating ground power system.
