| 在电力市场理论问题的研究过程中，不但要对电力系统本身的物理特性予以重视，更需要对电力市场中的深层次问题进行深入研究。下篇针对电力市场中的电价理论、金融工具在电力市场中的应用、考核结算模式、输电定价问题、最优竞价策略以及市场力与市场监管等问题，进行了深入的分析与评价。探讨了这些问题的发展方向，对我国电力市场的理论研究和工程实践具有一定的参考价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| The research activities on the theory issues in electricity markets rely on the physical nature of power systems and some unseen economic mechanisms,which is more important. Some issues including price theory,finance tools and its application,settlement rules,transmission pricing,bidding strategy,market power and market surevillance are comprehensively and further reviewed. The research prospect on these topics is discussed. The efforts in this paper may make some contributions to the research work on the power system restructuring process in China .
