暂态能量法原理选线

摘要:
定义了零序暂态能量和单相暂态能量。提出了暂态能量作为单相接地故障选线的新判据。该方法与以往的选线判据不同,它是以电气的暂态量而不是稳态量作为计算判据依据。所以不论是稳定的单相接地,还是暂态单相接地都适用。并且根据接地电阻的大小选择不同的暂态能量算式。故可判断金属性接地故障和高接地电阻接地故障。先监测中性点电压的大小。然后根据暂态能量的大小和方向判断故障线路。通过Matlab仿真软件在不同电压等级电网进行大量各种接地电阻单相接地故障仿真运算,证明选线效果良好。

Abstract:
Zero-sequence transient energy and single-phase transient energy are defined ,which are used as the criteria to detect single-phase earthing fault in compensated power systems.Since the transient energy is adopted ,the method could be applied to both steady and transient earthing fault.Zero-sequence transient energy is calculated for low earthing resistance and single-phase transient energy for high earthing resistance.The overvoltage of neutral point is detected first ,and the faulty feeder is then identified according to the magnitude and direction of transient energy.Matlab simulation confirms that the method presented is suitable for the single-phase earthing faults with different earthing resistance and under different voltage level.
