崂山站A段母差保护跳闸原因分析及防范措施

500kV崂山变电站220kV系统是目前山东500kV变电站接线最为复杂的一个变电站,采用了双母双分段接线,保护采用深圳南瑞的BP-2B。对2003年发生的一次由于保护装置的一个元件损坏而误动造成的A段母线设备跳闸事故进行了细致的分析,对两次跳闸的异常现象做了详细的说明,并从设计、生产和运行等方面探讨了应当采取的防范措施。

Abstract:
The 220 kV system of 500 kV Laoshan substation is the most complex substation amongthe 500 kV substations of Shandong,which adopts dual-bus dual-subsection wiring with BP-2B relays of Shenzhen NARI. A serious equipment trip incident of bus A caused by the glitch of its components in 2003 is analyzed. The exceptional phenomenon of the two trips is explained in detail and the precautionary measures from design,manufacture,operation and other aspects are discussed.
