| 针对集中式抄表系统对数据传输可靠性和实时性的要求．提出并设计了一种基于通用无线分组业务GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)技术的集中式数字抄表系统。克服了低压抄表系统中通信介质的瓶颈问题。详细介绍了系统的结构和实现方式，包括供电局用电分析管理系统、银行售电管理系统和数据采集系统。运行经验和实践表明该系统具有传输速率快、可靠性高、实时性强和运行费用低的优点。 |

| Abstract: |
| A new automatic meter reading system based on GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) is presented to meet the demands for reliability and real time performance of data communication, in which the bottleneck of system communication is overcome. Its structure and operational principle are introduced in detail,including the consumer analysis and management system in power bu-reau,electricity sale management system in bank and data acquisition system. The system is cha-racterized with its high speed,high reliability,real-time performance and low spending. |
