分散电气控制系统组态中防误操作设计

摘要:
根据对多个工程实例的研究,分析了利用分散电气控制系统ECS(E1ectric Control System)组态功能提高电气防误操作水平的可行性和必要性,讨论了单元机组电气防误操作设计原则以及开关操作、顺控开机、顺控停机组态中的防误操作设计要点,并提出了切换开关位置规则防误操作思路。

Abstract:
According to the study of several project practices,the feasibility and necessity of im-proving the level of blocking against misoperation by using the configuration function of distributed ECS(Electric Control System) is analyzed. Its design principles in unit electric system and the design outlines in configurations of breaker operation,generator startup and shutdown sequential operations are discussed. An idea of blocking against misoperation by checking the regular position of switchers is brought forward.
